“Selection is excellent, random sales and % off are a great addition. Almost too many to choose from! Only change I'd make is with the Route place that does the shipping. They are incredibly inaccurate, they don't update in real time, I find it was a waste to go through them when other shippers have tracking info available. I've made 3 purchases total and needed to get in touch with customer service once for a return. They were prompt, detailed, and made sure I was taken care of. Stellar service, I'm so happy to be a patron. Thanks!”

Thanks for your feedback, David! Route is actually just our Package Insurance and it's completely optional to use for tracking. We always recommend just tracking your package through the courier directly :) We appreciate your continued business!

“Excellent watch straps .... but you tracking system with Route is useless ...... received my package in my PO Box today here in Adelaide Australia but the Route site tracking still shows it on the other side of the country in Sydney ....... so that was a waste of money and effort ........ Anyway all up very pleased with both the parcels of watch straps I got ... just put in another order tonight .......... So thank you”

Hey Marcus! Thanks for the review and feedback! I would recommend using the link we email. Route has a tracking app you can download, but we mainly use them for insurance. Their tracking app just links to the order page in case people want to use it. Glad to hear everything arrives safely though!
