“I recently purchased a Nasa Automatic Divers Watch. What a great piece! With a Japanese movement and a very bright Super Lumi Nova coating, which makes visibility in the dark an easy task. Altogether a great looking and functioning watch.”

“I received the wrong watch, I already returned the wrong watch ( which I shouldn't have sent back until I received the correct one ) Still waiting for the one I ordered. If I don't receive it soon I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.”

Hi Aaron! It does look like our agents have been in contact with you regarding your damaged watch and provided you with a shipping label! Once your damaged watch arrives and is checked in by our warehouse staff, we'd be happy to issue that refund as mentioned in the email correspondence! This can take 7-10 extra business days once it is delivered. As of today, it doesn't look like it has been shipped back according to the tracking number! But we'll have someone reach out to you and if needed, reach out to USPS :)
