“Unfortunately the watch crystal had cracked in three places when it arrived at my nephew's door. (It was a Christmas present.) He contacted you to remedy the situation, returned the watch for a replacement and it just arrived today. The watch is great! I just wish it hadn't cracked in the first place. All's well that ends well.”

Thanks for the review and sorry to hear about the damaged shipment! We added additional Route insurance to the site last year because we wanted to make sure our customers were covered! Sometimes the couriers are brutal! Appreciate the feedback and thanks again for shopping with us!

“I’m trying to give you four out of five stars but for some unknown reason your website won’t allow me to do that. Let me say so far so good. I love the aesthetics of the watches and I am an internationally acclaimed hard ass on reviews. The fact that I’m even responding to this is unusual as I normally can’t be bothered. I am the buyer at a custom men’s store in Minneapolis and so far have been impressed with what you have to offer.”
