“I highly recommend this website cause if you have any questions or issue they respond the next or same day Monday thru Friday also the reps are really nice and very professional. The watches that I received were brand new in pristine condition and ships fast. But other than that everything was and still excellent thank you so much!”

“We recently purchased a Spinnaker Fleuss Chrono SpongeBob SquarePants Eyedial Yellow Limited Edition watch as a gift for our son. It arrived promptly and in good shape. He loves it! I live in Canada and was NOT pleased that I had to pay import fees from the US. I will take that into consideration prior to placing another order.”

“The watch was brand new and perfectly wrapped up. In the past a major jewelry store sent me a repacked watch. I will never buy anything from. The watch that I wanted was delivered exactly on time. “Easy ordering, delivery on time. Update from original reveiw 8-28. Much happier with watch since I added a "beads of rice strap". Bottons for changing month and day have become easier, and its now a favorite in my collection. The new strap made the watch a bit heavier, and more elegant. I tried to attach a picture below, but it looks great. Thanks Watches.com for a great deal on a cool watch. Also, I appreciate the great communication via email for this update - thanks for the reply. Rob”

“No fuss, no muss company. Have ordered a few watches from there, and everything went perfectly every time, even when it didn't. One of the watches I got (through no fault of Watches.com, but a manufacturer defect) had a broken spindle at where the band attaches. Not the quick release pin, but the actual arm between the watch and where that goes. Complete design/manufacturing defect. I contacted Watches, and they had a great, apologetic attitude, even though they did nothing wrong. I was able to return the watch and get a replacement, which was machined properly at the failure point. Excellent customer service that I've only had to reach out to once; all of the other times, I gave them some money, they gave me a watch, and I wore it. True story.”
