“Well, I like the watch and the price was pretty good, so I can say that I am pleased with the purchase. However, I know the watch is pretty simple to use but, it didn't come with any instructions and I was not sure how to wind it. One continuous clockwise motion or a back and forth motion. Otherwise very happy. Do I get a Zeric Vendetta for writing this review. That is my favorite watch of all, but I can't afford it.”

“This company is amazing at customer service. I can’t give them enough stars they deserve 10. I had a situation where the manufacturer had marked a box wrong and they went above and beyond to get me the correct watch I wanted. A++ vendor”

“Watches is a very good online watch shop. I would give them 5 star if they sent my shipment with DHL and not FEDEX. Any online store sending shipment with fedex will lose 3 stars out 5. FEDEX charge unnecery uncorrect high taxes from European costumers. DHL does not charge extra money for the taxes and give correct tax deal. Any company sending shipment to europe should not use fedex or UPS. Use only DHL for safe and fast delivery. FEDEX even fails on delivery day in europe.”

“Watches-dot-com consistently stocks interesting and good quality watches at an attainable price. Their shipping is prompt and the one time I needed to use customer service they were attentive, professional, and very helpful. The only problem with watches-dot-com is that I constantly find something else I want to buy!”

“What defines a good customer experience? Did everything go well? No. It's when something goes wrong and how they handle it. They handled it well. I would recommend them and will use them in the future to buy more watches.”
