“One watch never came and I still didn't receive my refund for any watches I've returned and I had to pay for my return”

“My watch looks fantastic but is a bit smaller than I anticipated. The only other drawback is the material of the wristband. It does not feel as high quality as the watch and will probably end up being replaced in the next year or two (I estimate). Because of that I'm giving it 4 star.”

Hey Maria! Thank you for leaving some feedback! G Shock is pretty strict on pricing, so if you see something less than half the price, buyer beware. Make sure you're only buying from an authorized retailer, like us, or G Shock directly. They have a lot of knock off models circulating, which is why their pricing doesn't fluctuate much. Casio will also be included in this since it's the same company. “Watch is fine, albeit indiglo is not impressive. Your on-line instruction for band adjustment cost me $17.00 as it said to remove the screws which were not screws but pins that get punched out. Thanks a lot.”

Hey Thomas! Thank you for the feedback! All manual instructions come directly from the brand. I'm happy to reach out to Timex and make a complaint on your behalf. Unfortunately, most watch shops will charge to have a band resized, unless you have the tools at home to do it yourself. But it's really so much easier to have help. “The website has a good choice but was very disappointed with my watch it was supposed to have luminous hands after being exposed to light and after watch under direct light still didn't glow and watch look like it came from the Uk. Maybe it was there reject not sure!!! Not a happy customer!!!”
