“I ordered a watch from watches and when it finally arrived it was not the watch I ordered. The return process has been an absolute nightmare, needless to say I still don’t have the watch I ordered. Rather than getting my order fixed they tried getting me to keep the watch they sent me for an extra 10 percent off. Extremely poor customer service.”

Please note that as posted on our website, we do always offer a "keep it" 10% off discount as an option for our customers. I do see that our team has already requested the item to be shipped back, and a replacement shipment was set up. Once that ships, you will receive a tracking number for the replacement. “Having paid for the gold range of mystery watches I expected to get a mechanical, or maybe a automatic watch, instead I got the exact same quartz watch that I recieved when I bought the bronze level mystery watch. Very disappointing that such a difference in price lands the same low value quartz watch. Would not recommend.”
