“Have not received order so couldn't say. This was my second order first came in 2-3 days. They sent email saying g shine t delayed and oh here's a 15.00 coupon for your troubles but you need to spend 40.00 to claim it! Really?”

“The drops are delicious ! I had tried Love, Youth, Shiro, Zen, Boost and Focus liked them all . I am drinking 60 oz of water a day was drinking 32 oz green tea per day the key chain broke before I could use it the magnet fell out and I have paid for a second order on the 19th and still have not received ! I have tried to contact about my order no response so as of now not very happy ! And was going to place a third order now not so sure”

“The bottles are all wonderful. Well made and beautiful. The drops are a mixed bag some are great some are terrible and some are just ok. You have to experiment to find the ones that work for you”

“The product is satisfactory, but the shipping which they claim is three to four business days, for both orders I have placed has been about three weeks. This bothers me greatly. Please don't make claims that you can't honor.”

“👍🏾 The Flair keychain is nice. Thank you. I wish the keychain have two or more. I usually put two water drops in my 16 oz water all the time. I would like the water drop cubes to increase the double size for 8oz and up. The taste is too weak tastes and flavor. I would like to taste more Strong and Bold with lightly sweetened. Sometimes I sprinkle a little of Crystal Light and sometimes pour a little liquid of fruit drink enhancer. Thank you”

“A lot of mistakes made during order prep that I have to return, contact for return, and PROVE their is an issue in order to get a return to happen...Very lenghty and timely process for the price paid for these products. I can;t even get a new cap for a water bottle with out a picture of it leaking....Which this was sent....but the new cap STILL has not show up.....”

“I so want to give this a better review. I love the flavors but cannot get past the Stevia taste. I wish I had seen that it was an ingredient before I made my purchase. Waterdrop, please let me know if you ever go truly sweetener-free.”

“I like the water drop flavors, but need to use them in moderation. I noticed after a week of use that I had some acid reflux after drinking a bottle with a tab in it. I love the glass bottle, but it's a little too big for me to carry all the time. I did have a issue with my lid and my bottle kept leaking, but Aracely with Water Drop was amazing at helping me get a replacement! I loved the water drop bag, but I already had a shoulder strap break and can't carry it now. Overall I like the water drop tabs, but not sure it's worth the money.”

“I purchased the variety pack with the steel water bottle and I do not like any of the flavors. The cube does not dissolve completely and there are little flakes in my waters that almost taste spicy. I was hoping for more of a crisp and lightly fruity taste for a couple of the cubes but nope, they all taste pretty gross. I won't be purchasing a refill. In addition, the bag I received for free is cute, but small. I will probably gift it to someone.”

“I am trying the other flavors but I notice that Glow had that diet taste. Too bad there could not have been a choice of Stevia or non Stevia. Don’t like the diet aftertaste.”
