“Also the customer service is honestly one of the best customer services I have ever had to deal with. They are approachable, caring and always try to deal with any issue professionally whilst also being friendly, sadly this isn’t seen in many businesses anymore. I use the tumbler and bottles all day and as I have spasms and was spilling tea on myself these have been a really welcomed item. No matter your disability, if you struggle holding glasses, mugs etc there is a bottle that will work for you.
The tumblers are amazing. Hot drinks stay hot for hours which for me I really appreciate. I think waterdrop have really made an impact on not just me but friends as well with these products.”
“Everyone agrees you need to drink more water but the actual stuff it's self is ,well ,plain. That's when I found Waterdrop. An ingenious little cube in its own packet. Just fill up a water bottle or even better one of their flasks with water and add the cube and wait the seconds it takes to fizz away and you have a drink which has no added sugar and great flavours.

London has started to open the water stations again where you can get free cold water so all you need to do is take a few waterdrops and an empty flask and you are ready to go.
