“Bought a tumbler this time along with some micro teas. The tumbler is really good as it keeps my tea warm for ages, I tend to put my tea down and forget it’s there and when I do try and drink it it’s cold, though, not any more.
I use my two favourite teas fruit fusion and mellow mint I tried the golden assam but I’m not sure of it just now.
The delivery is now much better and doesn’t take as long to come now as it used to be.”

Your products are great but they take ages to arrive and I am unable to call you as you are based abroad. This is really poor. I recently bought two tea flasks. I chose two different colours and when the order came it was two of the same that arrived. When I saw the invoice there was no way of calling you urgently. This is just really poor. Please can you help me. This was for my daughters 17th birthday.”
