“Superb, love it! The bottle is perfect, I bought the sleeve to go with it and it’s great at protecting the glass and keeping it pretty cool too. I’ve loved all of the flavours from my taster pack and have already ordered more, including Sky which I can’t wait to try😃”

“I had noticed water drop on Facebook for a while so decided to give it a go, well I was no disappointed it has made me double if not triple my water intake each day, I actively go looking for flavours to have a drink now and am really enjoying them. I’ve just ordered lots more!”

“Its a tough review to write as the products are fantastic.... Beautiful ... Delicious and the company as a whole has amazing values with regards to waste and plastic etc but there are many other issues that unfortunately let them down massively. Shipping can take over a month.... Customer service can be amazing or horrendous and every new launch seems to have many problems. Have to chase for weeks to get any kind of reply from customer service too ... No matter how bad an experience I have though I always come back for more, the products really are incredible.”

“I love Waterdrops! Everything from the product to the customer service is spot on. This was a recent prize I won and I could not be happier with it all. I've contacted customer service a few times and they have been quick to help and resolve issues. So friendly too, always a pleasure to speak to them.”
