“My parcel was open on delivery, 5 out of 6 boxes inside were damaged. Waterdrops had exploded inside the parcel creating a sticky mess and an abundance of unuseable Waterdrops. It took several emails back and forth to get them to agree to replace the order. Customer service team was unusually unhelpful. Highly disappointed!”

An added bonus is that I’m drinking much more water as I love the taste so this is beneficial to my health too .
