“I had an issue with the bottle top leaking on one of my bottles (have never had this happen before, you can stand them upside down and they still don't leak!!) and Waterdrop instantly offered me a refund or a new bottle...great customer services. Thank you waterdrop.”

“Waterdrop are an amazing company! I found them in April 2020 after getting a taster pack for free. Life got in the way, but then the new microtea campaign drew me back in! I fell in love with the white blossom print and of course I wanted to try a hot microdrop. I had a few issues with my first order due to a technical glitch and the product being out of stock. Their customer service has been brilliant and so helpful, they offered points and a refund of the out of stock product and were always so polite in emails. I have purchased many times from them and I love how engaging they are with their customers. They also have a great UK Facebook group that has lots of competitions on which I've been lucky to win a few times. All in all, I'm very grateful that I've found waterdrop and pleased I now drink more water as a result.”
