“Faulty bottle, replacement lid did not fit. Poor customer service. Want me to pay to return faulty order (only willing to partially refund).”

“I'm drinking more water per day than I ever have as a result of Waterdrop and that was the objective. However, the product is very expensive and pretty weak - I tend to use one portion with around 450ml of water.”

“So when my first order arrived I couldn’t wait to try it, being absolutely shattered I decided to try SHIRO first. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing taste (not to sure what I was expecting) and how moreish it was…… (Dr Pepper is now going to have a run for it’s money 😬🙈……) I was also amazed by the huge pick me up it gave me I have tried all the flavours now and already put my second order in but SHIRO is definitely my favourite”

“I love the capsules' flavor adding them to my water is helping me drink more water throughout the day. The sports cap is so good, fits my bottle like a glove, doesn't leak and is easy to drink out of so you don't need to remove the cap each time especially useful when working out. The sleeve is super pretty!!”

“Service was fine but frankly the product was quite disappointing for me. It reminds me of a cross between Dirulite (if that is how you spell it) and the drink you have to endure as a colonoscopy prep! For me water with a slice of lemon, lime or orange works just as well and is a lot cheaper.”

“I love the concept of waterdrop - so clever! Small cubes of flavour (with vitamins), that reduce plastic waste and make plain water taste so good. The flavours are really subtle, but not in a bad way! Just enough to flavour water without the cloying sweetness of syrups or squash.”
