“These products are very good quality and unique in style. The flavours are really nice. I would recommend getting the starter set so you can get a taste of the different flavours. The “Flair” & “Shiro Blossom” capsules are probably my favourite flavours so far. The customer service is friendly and very efficient.”

“The bottle and cover are pretty. The starter set I bought only had 3 drops per pack in, and I thought there would have been more for the price. They do taste nice, however feel they are quite expensive with the delivery costs of £5.95. I may order again but it would only be when free delivery offers are on. Postage to the UK took a long time ( 10 days in total)”

“I love this company! I work in a supermarket so I usually end up buying drinks which is expensive and unhealthy. This is my second order after buying a starter set,it allowed me to find the flavours I liked so that I could put in a sizeable order. Water is now pleasant to drink!”

“orders are great the first one took around 5 days and the second took 2. it's not bad compared to others. I love the rewards system that they got when you buy something you get points and you get a free item of your choice with those points.”

“I'm drinking more water per day than I ever have as a result of Waterdrop and that was the objective. However, the product is very expensive and pretty weak - I tend to use one portion with around 450ml of water.”

“So when my first order arrived I couldn’t wait to try it, being absolutely shattered I decided to try SHIRO first. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing taste (not to sure what I was expecting) and how moreish it was…… (Dr Pepper is now going to have a run for it’s money 😬🙈……) I was also amazed by the huge pick me up it gave me I have tried all the flavours now and already put my second order in but SHIRO is definitely my favourite”
