“Great products”

“Cola had a disgusting after taste. I returned 3 unopened packets two week ago. I completed returns info online before sending as was requested according to their website. The return was tracked and was received a week ago. I have tried contacting them but no response and I’ve still not received my refund. Can someone please action my refund? It’s really a terrible customer service!!!”

“Been a returning customer for nearly a year now and cannot find any faults :). Great customer service, speedy delivery and love all the microdrink and ice tea flavours (the new raspberry ice tea has gone straight to the top of my fave drinks). Keep doing what you're doing Waterdrop :)”

“I love Waterdrop! I used to drink 2-3l of diet soda and rarely anything else. I now use the Waterdrop app and drink around 3l water a day. The glass bottles are gorgeous and there are loads of flavours to choose from. I can wait to try them all. I'm also saving points for free gifts like a bottle brush/new spout top.”

“I love Waterdrop as an alternative to squash as there is no sugar or nasties in them. I drink a lot of water anyway but these do make me drink more as they taste very pleasant without being sweet and sickly.”

“After being advised by my physiotherapist to drink more water, I found Waterdrop on social media. I don't drink plain water so decided to give the Starter Set a go. A lovely decorated bottle with 6 flavours to choose. Wow! Was I impressed. I told my son and sister about them and both equally impressed and ordered too. Great bottle, great tasting water and a 100% customer care team. Thank you”

“I much prefer this bottle. I found the glass one hard to clean, even with a bottle brush. I also chipped a piece off when I didn't screw the top on right.”
