“First purchases ! So pleased to find these! My favourite so far is the cola - I love it! Bought the taster pack also- all the flavours in that are nice and very pleasant to drink. Just made an order of other flavours and excited to taste. Easy ordering and timely delivery.”

“Great product. Cola is by far my fav flavour. I’m not sure though, if I’ll buy again, unless you keep the Cola Option. Ive tried some other flavours, they are nice, but Cola to me is the closest that replaces coca cola, which i am trying to drink less of.”

“Love love love. I'm finally getting my water into me. Lots of flavours to choose from I do tend to add extra drop I like my flavours a bit more stronger. The caffeine drinks get me through the day and nights (shift worker). Delivery was prompt and correct. Oh I brought a glass bottle such a pretty design and the carry sleeve protects it from knocks.”

“Amazing, I love this company. I definitely have seen an increase in my interest in drinking water since trying. And I'm obsessed I have almost every flavour and I can't wait to get more and try more. Customer service is amazing and always on point. Really recommend.”

“Loved my order, as i am allergic to Sulphite its means I cant drink alot of juices and other water flavourings. These water drops are perfect for me and means I dont get bored of just drinking water most of the time.”

“I ordered two Waterdrop cups and they arrived with thick black marks on them. Almost like streaks of rubber. They were nothing like the smooth slightly marble finish shown in the adverts. On raising this with Waterdrop and asking for replacements, they refused. All they would say is that they would let the Product dept know and that each cup is unique and ‘we are still far from the home stretch and are always trying to improve our products…’ . How hard would it have been to replace them with ones without significant black marks?”

“Really bad as parcel was delivered not put in my designated safe space left in front door and by time I got home 4 days later it had gone and despite raising four times with customer services - no reply !!! Really disappointed”
