“Love the idea, reduces waste and great tasting natural ingredients. Don’t love the packaging, or more specifically the difficulty in opening the pods. It feels like a great achievement when on the rare occasion one opens cleanly first try. I can’t imagine how hard it must be for people less dexterous, children or elderly people to open without having to resort to using a knive to get the clear film fully off and then hope the cube doesn’t crumble to pieces.”

“Delivery was in good time, but it could have been in a slightly smaller box as there was a lot of paper packing. Having said that the local animal shelter benefit from that as they like the paper (once shredded) for their small furry animals. Although I do wish there was somewhere in the UK that the empty pods could be sent to for recycling & of course to get the points!”

“I love waterdrop so much, the products are so pretty and well made. My only issue is about 2 times out of every 3 orders or so something will be missing from my order. They always send it once I say but it happens regularly. Otherwise happy with the friendly service and amazing products”
