“I have had a couple of interactions with the team at Waterdrop and I cannot fault them. They kept me up to date with shipping as there was a slight delay, and they also answered a few queries within a day maximum. The customer service is second to none, I can't fault the company at all. I would heartily back a campaign to promote Waterdrop as the gold standard in customer service. Bravo team!!!!”

“Wow what an amazing beautiful looking set. I’ve already been asked where I got it from. Really pretty designs and the bottle is excellent quality. First rate service as I had a problem with my order and it was sorted almost immediately. Love the tastes as they are so subtle but make a huge difference to the taste of boring water”

“I bought 2 starter sets, Steel Orange Matt and Steel Pastel Yellow Matt. One for my wife and the other for myself. I drink a lot of water already but having found Waterdrop, as made drinking water even more exciting. I’ve already used all the starter kit flavours and I’ve actually purchased 9 more boxes which I’m using already. I will definitely be buying more as my stock drops. Keep up the great work Waterdrop and hopefully more flavour combinations are on the horizon.”

“After finally receiving my parcel( first one went missing) I have to say I am drinking more water but whether I stick to it or not remains to be seen as the flavours are not quite strong enough for me. The only one I really like is the Love one.”

“Great products. I have got a water bottle and a tumbler. I really like the tea’s great for on the go. The water drops again are great for on the go/travel especially airport security. I have started to drink more water which is great.”
