“To Buyer, The water drop caplets are great. You should be taking one gallon of water a day for the average person. Two pints in the morning, dinner time, tea time, and before 6 pm, a total of eight pints a day. Not before bedtime due to the need to rise through the night for the Loo. larger persons may need 2-3 gallons of water a day depending on their stature. I myself have difficulty drinking eight pints a day and sometimes drink four pints a day.”

“I really like the waterdrop drinks. I definitely drink more water, whether I drop one in a big bottle for a subtle flavour or in a smaller bottle for a more distinct kick. I have tried most of the different types - hot, cold, and caffeinated with a few favourites in each category.”
