“I generally love Waterdrop but I never received my last order (which was placed at the start of July) and I’ve struggled to get help from the customer service team. I reached out to both Yodel and Waterdrop—this problem still hasn’t been sorted.”
“With such lush flavours, we are spoiled for choice. I can't honestly say which one is my favorite. But i will say.......i love the natural flavours of waterdrop. And with no added sugar its a great benefit for those of who are diabetic. I didn't use to drink much water......after all......plain water is just so UNINTERESTING, but now that i have tried Waterdrop, my intake of water has increased for the better. Not only am i happier, but so is my doctor!!!”

“I was mislead by the different packaging. Not everyone clicks into them, I believe this could have been advertised better otherwise I wouldn't have purchased these. When I reached out about this, I was not impressed by the attitude I received. This has really put me off buying anymore.”
“As I’m not a big water drinker thought I would give it a go, guess what it works! A bit strange at first, think it’s a sugar thing! I have set up a subscription but it was disappointing to see that the taster pack is not included. A very small point postage is far too expensive however if you want the goods you have to receive them. Love the product just not sure about the subscription, we’ll see. Product is a 10 out of 10 thou.”

Disappointed that the bottle brush doesn't fit the neck of the bottle I have, therefore had to purchase a brush that would go through the narrow neck of the bottle.”
