Lovely friendly staff. Best shower facilities ever came across. Lovely location. Just need a few more chefs on sight to cater for all guests.Bar staff first class.

Lovely place and very lovely, helpful staff. Just need to sort the restaurant and not able to book on some days unless your in the hotel! Also a clean of the balcony would have brought it up to 5stars.

We had a beautiful 5 days very peaceful the only disappointing thing was when we arrived I thought the place looked abit untidy only due too the hedges needed a good cut back too look neat & as we walked over too closer too the river there were lots of weeds & near the apartments looked quite bad if I was checking the place out before booking I would think before booking! It only takes a bit of gardening work & it would really look lovely the showers, toilets were beautiful & pub was lovely food the pods area looked good too, also I asked if there was any all services left for caravan so I was beside my friends but the one next too them had a camper van come for one day & left then the last day another caravan came on so I would have pairs 5 nights & you only got 2 nights so maybe you should have a minimum of 5 nights ! just a thought, anyway we had a fab time & will return.

Enjoyable stay, lodge was well equipped and clean. Missed the soft furnishings but understand it was due to Covid.

Great place to stay with children. The pods are compact and simple yet exactly what you need when camping and out and about. The play area just in front is perfect as parents get to chill out whilst the children play at a safe visible distance. The swimming pool is another great bonus. The downside is the lack of recycling bins or any focus towards the promotion of protecting the local environment. It would be good to see a couple of green bins, some information about how the campsite pub is managing its food waste and what the entire Centre is doing to become more sustainable and address its operation to tackling climate change.

We originally came to Waveney to hire a boat and saw they did accommodation. We booked up for me, my partner and our 4 month old. We went for Yurt and it was great. Very clean facilities too and even more handy to have electrics in yurt. The scenery is amazing and perfect to sit back have a few drinks outside.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the toilet/shower facilities are a little tired and in need of refurbishment. Location is excellent. Site well cared for. Having a pool is nice. Every staff member we met was great. Hired kayaks for grandchildren and was very pleased with the service and equipment.

We enjoyed our stay in the camping pods and hired a day boat which we had a great day on. The only negatives was the unavailability of breakfast for anyone other than hotel / apartment guests due to staff shortages and reduced pool hours. Had we been informed beforehand via email or phone, we would have brought more morning items with us. Perhaps email updates could be considered in the future so you don’t only find out when you get there. Otherwise we had a great time, a little additional customer service as per above would bring it up to five stars. However we still wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Amazing washrooms and great layout, really clean and tidy, and great cleaner in the morning to chat to. Unfortunately, the kids play area was next to our pitch, and the kids our week were left to run riots as the parents were more interested in their time.

Dining room table very sticky with product everything stuck to it, en-suite showers boiling hot could hardly move the temperature gage. The restaurant food was very poor. The saucepans and pans were very old/dirty. The lodges were very clean and spacious, hired a boat and had a lovely weekend. Staff very friendly.

Great for me with my camper van and dinghy, lovely spot My only problem was with the restaurant. The food was not as good as last year the breakfast sausage was tiny, the rest felt bulked out with cheap food.Fish and chips was like a Birds eye special.I was overpriced for the steak and it was burnt and small, but with loads of chips.I did not feel as relaxed in there as last year.not so well sourced food.I could not wait to get out.

Our second stay at Marsh View with family and again did not disappoint. Love the accommodation and the views and wild life fantastic, so pleased we remembered the binoculars this year. We do feel the swimming pool could be a lot cleaner tho.

Overall a lovely place and comfortable lodge. The hot tub made the holiday and was well maintained and clean. The beds were very comfortable. However for the cost of £2,000+ for 4 nights I think the lodge could have been better equipped (there was no cafitiere, baking trays and very minimal utensils provided). I also think a 9.30am check out time is very early considering the check in time is not until 4pm. There was also a large dog in the lodge behind us, which was not kept on a lead and did bark a fair bit.

Had a very enjoyable stay here in the Escape Pods. The site is lovely, in a great setting. The toilets/showers are clean and in separate rooms which are nice. The shop was minimal but we used food deliveries so wasn't an issue. The pool is small but clean and the kids enjoyed it. We hired kayaks and a boat for the day which was fab. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the Farmhouse which is a nice house. The garden needs to made secure however as one of our dogs could have easily got into the sheep field and several sheep got into our garden. The cleaners could do with looking above eye level to remove the cobwebs. The on-site pub “The Waveney Inn” was a huge disappointment. We had booked for several meals but after one evening meal and one breakfast, we cancelled all the bookings. Who knew that restaurants could buy ready cooked poached eggs to put into the microwave!!! 3 shop bought cold pancakes and a sachet of honey for £6!!! Great holiday though.
