Free FedEx 2nd Day Delivery order placed on 12/3, it is now 12/10 no delivery! Called customer service and they could care less!!!

Appalling service, dining table should have been delivered 3 weeks ago, 1st delivery date it went to wrong warehouse, 2nd delivery date, I received table legs only. Although very nice the customer services have told me to wait until courier has conducted a search as they appear to have lost the table top. Will never use this company again, still waiting and still no table.

Hello , I just want to tell you my experience with this company. I did open wayfair credit account like a year ago , initially they gave me 2500$ so I did order some small kitchen supplies and I paid it back immediately after few days after my purchase, a week ago I ordered big amount items for 6,900$ for my new home kitchen set of fridge,microwave,stove and dishwasher. After completing the order I did received an email that my order has been canceled because my billing address is not matching what they had so I called Comenity Bank update it and also update it in wayfair site plus I phoned up wayfair so they’ve made three way call with the bank and verify the address is match after all this procedures , the lady on the phone from wayfair put me on the hold to re-order the items one more time after 30 min on the phone waiting she come back and she said we are so sorry we can’t complete the order because there is red flag on my account reason is I’ve changed my address and these order is large amount so if I like I can use different payment or credit card , so I’ve asked her that basically my 7,000$ card from Wayfair is useless and I can’t use the promotion for using it ? She said yes U can’t. This company is the worst in the history of internet shopping. I never heard of company giving you credit with their own card and you can’t use it . Pice of advice DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Had ordered 2 rolls of wallpaper, when tried to order more, all went through the system. then received an generic email telling me that the wallpaper was no longer available, no apology or explanation. So now have to start the bathroom all over again. If they only had a few rolls should tell you.

I have never had such poor service! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY! I ordered wardrobe rails over four weeks ago and I’m still awaiting delivery despite 5 confirmed delivery dates, a myriad of phone calls, wasted days off work awaiting said delivery and still nothing. Meanwhile, they continue to have my £700! Total incompetence or scam? The only upside is they have a lovely Irish call centre where staff are very ‘understanding’. Again, never, order from this company!

Really late delivery and lied to by customer service. Promised me delivery today but just got off with FedEx and it won’t happen until tomorrow or not. I have never encountered this bs!

My son purchased an Ashely Furniture bed for me through Amazon, he asked if I needed a box spring and foolishly instead of double checking, I thought because it was a platform bed it would not be required, and said no. The bed arrived within a few days. Upon installation it was discovered I did need a box spring. We share an Amazon Prime account and I didn’t want him to know I was buying the box spring so I bought on Wayfair, big mistake. I purchased on 12/3, because it was Free FedEx 2 Day shipping. “Get it by Dec. 5th, it said. Well, here it is Dec. 8th. I haven’t been able to sleep at home all week. And all they could say is “delivery dates are estimates” I work at a fulfillment company. I would have paid for expedited shipping had their verbiage not sounded like a commitment. Each day I looked said it would be delivered the next day. It says it will deliver today. One can only hope. I will never purchase from Wayfair again. I understand drop ship. You can’t do business with people who at the very least don’t reach out to their customers. Bad business model when shipments are this late. This is why Amazon has such stringent metrics. Weed out the under performers. And because they put the Wayfair label on the product I don’t know who the shoddy mfg is!

Awful after sales service. Ordered a prelit Xmas tree received a completely different tree to the one ordered had a replacement which was exactly the same tree as previously. Requested a refund and for the two trees to be collected. I was told I had to photograph the tree (god knows why) which I did however none of the several different email addresses they sent would accept the return email. After numerous conversations I was told that a refund was to be arranged. It has taken two weeks to get the collection sorted and the refund is still to arrive. Avoid this company like the plague

I ordered a couch, shipped wrong color 3 times. Said it was a SKU number problem that they couldn't correct. The third time I called I was told, "I don't understand, others have gotten the color you ordered?" So I guess I am not good enough to receive the correct couch. Also when they refunded my money, the failed to return the tax. Yikes, I had to call them again and wait some more. What a sham...Will never order from them again!

1. Order placed 24.11.19, did not arrive until 06.12.19 - in what modern world do deliveries take such a ridiculous amount of time? 2. Parcel wrapping appalling - a bit of thin cardboard with sellotape stuck to the product inside - which was actually sticking out of the packaging as well. 3. Extortionate shipping totalling almost TEN POUNDS including the return. 4. Cheap, flimsy set of placemats which were nothing like the picture I ordered. First, and last, time I will use Wayfair.

Awful customer service, ordered 3 sets of garden furniture a week ago, just prior to delivery they sent an email cancelling all 3 items as they were discontinued. Each item was in the sale so I imagine they had listed fake items to try and entice people to order. Will shop somewhere more reputable next time

Bed didn’t arrive on stated day. Turned up next day badly damaged so sent back. New bed ordered. Then Wayfair cancelled it. So re ordered. Turned up missing the headboard. Complained. When courier finally arrived to deliver head board - it wasn’t on the van. Wayfair then basically told me I was lying as it had been delivered. Awaiting full refund but got a feeling it’s going to be a long process as their customer service is shocking.

AVOID WAYFAIR AT ALL COSTS!!! if i could mark negative stars i would! i ordered a bed (so a big ticket item) as a Christmas gift. to be the only big ticket item of my sons Christmas presents as money is very tight and i could barely afford this in the first place and scrimpt and saved to give my son the only this he really wanted but did not ask for as he knew i couldn't afford it. i was assured by the online chat that i could track delivery to make sure he was not in and the gift could be hidden until Christmas. Delivery was scheduled for the 03/12/2019 and i made sure he'd be out all day that day. Today 02/12/2019 my son opened the door to a delivery from wayfare that promptly announced to him "your double beds here" In that instance Christmas is ruined, there is now no surprises for Christmas and i cant afford to buy anything else so there is at least a surprise gift. In tears as i write this for both my sadness for my son, the disappointment of my hard save money surprise being ruined by this company and in anger for their attitude. i checked my email for updates from them, nothing there, i checked their last email it said 3/12 it also had a click here link for updates (which i had religiously been checking daily) and at this very moment it still says delivery 03/12 even though the item is in my hallway. I called them and their response was its not really their problem and i should be happy its been delivered early, their dates are just estimates (so good luck if you take time off) and they will not compensate me in any way so there will be no gifts this Christmas , Thanks wayfair.. you suck. Doing something you said you'd do when you said you'd do it is not hard Wayfair, thousands of other companies get the deliveries right, perhaps you should not be in the online orders business if you cant deliver on what you offer, seems dishonest to me. They did after i insisted they log it as a complaint (they did not want to take my complaint over the recorded phone call until i told them i would report them to consumer services for refusing to take a complaint) offer me 10% off my next order with them!! they've taken all my Christmas money so were am i to get more to make this new order and what is 10% off going to help me? Most importantly is why would i support a company that has zero care for its customers, accepts zero liability for its service or the part it played in ruining a family's Christmas, why on earth would they think i would ever want to order from them again? I'm angry at what you've done to me and how little you care that you've done it as it means nothing to you and everything to me. so i'm going to post my story on every review sight and platform i can, warning people. I know you wont care as there's always the next sucker to take advantage of their trust in you. I'm confident that you wont care about any business this review looses you and i know any expectation that this will change your policies or improve your service or in actual fact benefit me in any way is a pipe dream, so why am i doing this at my time and expense? If i warn even one person away from Wayfair that you cant benefit with very little care and effort of someones hard earned savings then ive done my bit to avoid this happening to them and for you benefiting from it financially. Got to checkout as a first time buyer and it will not let me enter my credit card info. Wasted time retrying 3 times. Will shop elsewhere.
