“I stumbled across Welcome after reading some travel woes about transport from Ciampino airport. The driver Welcome arranged was great. He was waiting for us and couldn't have been more helpful. A brilliant way to start the journey and beats waiting for a bus or taxi. Cost wise it worked out the same as a bus for us with the kids.”

“We used Welcome pickups to get to and from the airport in Athens. On both occasions the drivers were punctual and courteous. They provided plenty of information when requested. And the cars were spotless inside. The welcome pack was helpful (we visited many places on the provided map) as was the cold water on a hot day! I would definitely use again.”

“The website is really easy to use and you even get a picture of the driver who will pick you up. Our driver spoke excellent English and provided us with a useful guide to Madrid and recommended good places to visit, eat and drink. Very good particularly after our flight was delayed and we arrived in Madrid tired at midnight.”

“Plane was late, driver had to leave parking due to time limit so slight problem at start but nobody's fault. Journey in was prompt but safe. Sayed, the driver, was very pleasant and willing to chat. Very efficient at getting us to destination. No hesitation in recommending driver and firm.”
