“Information and advice prior to pickup was excellent. Drivers were very helpful. Cars were clean and comfortable. No problems in travelling to and from the destinations. Prompt attention at all times. Very enjoyable trip to Barcelona.”

“Make that excellent Prompt on time Photo of driver sent in advance of pick up Spotless vehicles Drivers well dressed polite knowledgeable I travel quite a bit internationally I wouldn’t use any other company after two experiences Company checks with client before and service to make sure that you know that everything possible is being watched to keep you safe and happy I never had such good service On Time Clean Plesant What a comfit before and after a trip Sandy R New York City”

“Cesar was there to greet us as we arrived, he was really friendly and gave us some great tips for places to go...and a lovely touch of some water in the car! We will absolutely be using this again for hassle free and relaxing transfers. Thank you”

“A very professional service where the driver was waiting for us with a name card at the arrival and escorted us to a nice, clean vehicle. We had water and a map of Athens provided to us, while the driver gave us a commentary about the city as we drove through.”

“We were on a short trip to Prague. Absolutely fantastic service. Were very helpful and attentive. Most of all communication was superb. The drivers were amazing and very nice welcoming ando friendly. Will 100% go with Welcome Pickups again.”

“I travelled with my family to Paris for a few days break. I normally catch the train to Paris, but one day before our flight I released our flight landed later than the last train out of CDG. I needed transport and welcome pickups saved the day and at short notice. With regular emails back and forth describing our drivers name with picture and phone numbers, plus sorting out a baby seat. They arrived promptly (even though we had a slight delay arriving) the journey was comfortable and safe. On the return leg the driver arrived bang on time and everything went smoothly. The price was also very competitive. I would defiantly recommend.”

“I would recommend this company to anyone. I have used them twice now on city breaks and have found them to be very well organised and prompt. They even send a photo of your designated driver before you travel. They are also very reasonably priced for the service they provide, as I found the drivers on both occasions to be informative and friendly.”

“My flight arrived early but the driver was there to meet me at the arrival hall. Similarly prompt to pick me up at the hotel on the return to the airport. Drivers were courteous and professional. Cars were very nice. Same price as a taxi and more convenient. I was very satisfied.”
