“Organising transfers for Barcelona was easy online, but there was still lots of communication before travelling, which was reassuring, and then the transfers were great. The drivers were waiting for us on time even though our first flight was delayed 3 hours, they didnt hesitate to deal with all luggage needs and appeared more interested in the feedback/rating we'd give them, over the amount of tip, which was refreshing.”

“The firm provided an excellent service; clear emails throughout that confirmed the bookings and then driver details. Pick ups were on time and the drivers were great. Cars were clean and journeys were excellent. I have no hesitation in both recommending Welcome Pickups and using them again!”

“This was so easy to schedule and made for a stress-free arrival at our destination! Our driver was waiting for us and was so helpful with tips on what to do and information about the city. He even scheduled our ride back to the airport for us right then and there. I would definitely recommend this service!”

“I highly recommend. My plane was stuck on the tarmac for a long time and I ended up being late. I called my driver on arrival and it was no problem! He was appreciative of the call and was waiting at arrival gate sign in hand. We talked of what to do in Barcelona and I received free water and a little bag. Recommend for a hassle free transfer :)”
