“Welcome picks up was easy to use and reserve. Our driver was very friendly and offered history and suggestions of the area. I received text notifications when driver arrived at our locations and emails to remind me of our upcoming travels. Will use this service again!”

“This was our first time using Welcome Pickups. We looked at the trip advisor reviews and decided to give them a go, but only booked the initial transfer (just in case). They provide you with good email updates including the contact details and photograph of the driver, text messages on arrival and a small goodie bag including water. Our driver, Karel was fantastic. Despite the emails offering all kinds of tours, Karel did not try and do the Hard Sell to us (which was greatly appreciated). He was polite and great company, showing us some of the sites on our route to the hotel. His car was smart, clean and spacious. Once we got to our destination we immediately booked the return journey with him. I guess it all depends on the driver you get, but when we go back to Prague we would definitely recommend Karel and Welcome Pickups.”

“Used Welcome Pickups for pm arrival in Vienna and an early morning departure back to UK. Punctual and calm drivers with no nonsense service. Good communication by email introducing drivers and confirming pickups in advance.”
