“My sister and I had the best experience. Our driver, Francesso, was lovely. He spoke English incredibly well and was very knowledgeable and a great tour guide, whilst providing a relaxing and enjoyable safe ride and experience along the Amalfi coast, originally coming from Naples. He even went the mile for us to pick us up at a further point from our agreed pick up spot to save us the walk! We were so impressed and grateful and felt so safe, and Francesso really contributed to our memorable day in Positano. Would highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!”

“We had a pick up scheduled for our arrival in Spain. Upon arrival, I knew an hour was not enough time to get to our driver (they set this time, not me)......3 international flights all landed at the same time and customs was backed up. I began chatting with our driver through the app. He assured me he would not leave us, that he understood and he would wait. When an hour hit, he messaged and said I am leaving and was gone. So, here we are in Spain, 100.00 paid and lost and no idea where to go or what to do. Is this really a way to run a business? Not to mention, I went ahead and cancelled the return booking and lost even more money. I plan to let our hotel know about this so they do not refer other guests to you and I also plan to leave reviews on any site I can about this company. What a way to arrive in Spain! Save your money and take the metro! 6.00 trip to our hotel via the metro.”

“Hi Sergio picked me up when I visited Madrid on the 14th April and when I left on the 18th April. He was on time. Helpful and the drive to and from the airport was absolutely fine. I felt safe and he was really helpful. I accidentally pressed number 1 star but I do mean the service is a 5 star. I’m glad I booked welcome pick ups and I will recommend this company and will use this company as a solo traveller as I felt safe. Thank you Sergio and thank you welcome pick ups!
