“Excellent customer service. Regular emails for pickup information and additional services provided. Also texts to remind pickups arranged and when driver has or is about to turn up. Good value too compared to other quotes .”

“The driver arrived on time and the trip was smooth. What makes this a five star rating is the effort of Welcome Pickups before the trip. I had to made some short term adjustments to the time and all was handled very quick and satisfying.”

“Welcome provided excellent service. We used the service twice and both drivers were friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable about Athens and Greece and spoke English very well. Welcome offers other tourist services but were not pushy.”

“We were picked up by Andre. He was ontime and provided great service. He went out of his way to help with luggages and checking in process. Without his suggestions we would have paid an extra 110 euros for not printing our boarding passes. Thank yoy Andre. You are awesome.”
