“We used Welcome Pick-ups twice on a recent trip to Europe. On both occasions the drivers were on-time or early, had nice vehicles and were friendly and knowledgeable. The convenience of being able to pre-arrange and pay took some of the stress out of traveling. We'll definitely use them again.”

We are very sorry that we did not make you aware of why the price changed. Prices at this airport are different based on the day of the transfer. Since we follow all local laws regarding cost of airport transfers, we must also adjust our prices when dictated by the city. We are glad you enjoyed your transfer and we hope to see you again.

“Great company. I used them for most of my rides in Greece. When our flight plans to come back from Crete changed to much earlier in the day, I emailed them, and they responded within the hour to let me know they could still have a driver at the airport for me. I was so relieved! Very professional drivers, who also spoke english. Kind, friendly, super cool!”

“We were satisfied with the service. Due to road closures and resulting traffic we were delayed to our meeting point. We tried to contact the service but number given on invoice was either busy or rang out. We contacted the rental car place, which was the place of meeting and were advised that our driver was also delayed (same issue). When we arrived he was waiting there with us and helped us quickly put luggage into the car. He was friendly and helpful. On our way to the port he advised that our designated driver was stuck in the traffic and he picked up the job so not to delay us any further. He also called the rental car service so they can forward the message that he will be there and for us not to worry. Excellent customer service. He was nice to chat with - a lovely guy. My only complaint is that Welcome needs to provide the name and mobile number of designated driver by text as we could have directly contacted the driver to advise of our delay.”

“Very efficient service. No hassle whatsoever and very reasonable price. Friendly drivers who are knowledgeable about Athens so can give you a little insight in to the city. They can arrange a return trip back to.the airport too.”
