“Excellent service from Welcome. Despite the flight being 3 hours late the driver was there waiting with a very friendly welcome. The trip back was just as good with the driver arriving early and excellent service once again. Highly recommended!”

“From booking our return fare I couldn’t fault you. I was really impressed with confirmation of our drivers names and photos for both journeys. Our flight was delayed and I was able to email to advise. We received a reply almost immediately with details of a change of driver who text to say he was in arrivals. He was very welcoming. Our return to the airport was just as impressive. A very efficient and professional company and I will definitely be using you again. Thank you”

“Our driver was expecting us at Rome airport, holding a card with our name; it was very easy to find him. The trip to our hotel in Rome was quick and safe. Sure I recommend Welcome Pickups!”

“Timely and friendly welcome at the airport. Clean, air conditioned vehicle and cold water bottles on arrival. Costa was absolutely lovely and gave us some good tips on arrival about Athens. I have no reservation in recommending Welcome Pickups if you are after a convenient and professional service.”

“Despite being disappointed by the cancellation of our pick up from Granafa airport, which I trust was for unforeseen circumstance, the company kept us well informed. They immediately refunded the payment and offered us a complementary transfer from the hotel to the airport. Rafael the driver arrived on time, he was pleasant and polite. An excellent driver.”
