“Welcome pickups are very clear and helpfull in there emails. One of the drivers, alberto castro, came to pick us up from the airplane. Very proffecional and nice.”

“Booked welcome pickups through Aegean air 3 months again and pre-paid as requested, cancelled virtually immediately due to global travel restrictions, safety of my family and a world pandemic but this company withheld 20% of my money of which I had to beg for a refund, they provided no service, I gave them 3 months notice so they suffered no losses or provided no service so they were not out of pocket. What company does this is the worlds current condition? I implore no Australians travelling to use this company unless they get something in writing prior to paying or only pay a small deposit if you have to use this company.”

This is why we have introduced the flexible cancellation, an alternative way to cancel your booking and retain 100% of your trip’s value. When cancelling a transfer: Choose the “Cancel and get a coupon” option Receive a coupon code for the full value of your booking via email and Use it to book a transfer with Welcome Pickups at a later date and at any of our destinations. Coupon codes are transferable so you can also pass them on to your family or friends as a gift. “we used a Welcome Pickups from Faro airport to Albufeira and from Albufeira to the airport, we are very pleased with the service, the driver was punctual, very friendly, told us a lot of interesting things about the area we were driving, spoke very good English. In the future we will use and recommend this company, Thank you Alexia !!”
