“Excellent informative service. Very friendly driver who arrived ahead of schedule well on time. Clean car and effortless transfer. Very good price and cheaper than the waiting taxis. Impressed and would not hesitate to recommend.”

As you were in Madrid at the time, you probably have noticed that there was almost a month of taxi strike in the Spanish capital, which prevented us to operate. However, your booking had been processed through our partner Mozio, who has yet to process your refund. I recommend you contact them directly through their customer support service and they will be happy to proceed with your refund.
