“Everything about this service worked out perfectly. Our driver was right outside of baggage pickup with my name on a card. He was very professional, he spoke English very well, and took interest in telling us about the city on our way to our destination.”

“Marco was outstanding!! He gave us the lowdown on Trestevere since he grew up in the area. He gave us recommendations on restaurants and shopping. We were early for our check-in time at our apartment, so he stopped for cappuccino and breakfast. He truly went above and beyond. It made for a great start to our trip!!”

“Driver did his best to meet us on time. However, the reservation tool did not take into account availability of the arranged place for transport. It was a place near Palatinus. Therefore, we have to arrange a new place for meeting with the driver on the run. Fortunately, we were on time for our flight”

“We used welcome pickups a number of times. The drivers were always prompt and helpful and the cars were new and clean. Fares are in line with the standard fee particularly for airport transfers. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.”

“We were very happy with our experience with Welcome Pickups. Although our driver Tina was over an hour late picking us up from the airport, we understand that this was due to extenuating circumstances and a big problem with the traffic and a storm. Tina was very friendly and helpful. We had no issues with our return pickup which was timely and efficient.”
