“Excellent service. The driver met us at the exit of the station, with our name clearly visible on an IPad, although our train was late, he was there waiting. He was very helpful and a happy disposition. On the way to the hotel he gave us some information on Barcelona. Would definitely use again.”

“I used Welcome pickups for my transfer from Ciampino Airport in Rome and was impressed with the excellent service and reasonable price. The driver texted to say where he was waiting and was very friendly and polite, it was a very smooth hassle free transfer.”

“Everything about this service was perfect from start to finish. The online booking was easy to use, confirmations arrived in email and sms, we received notification that the taxi had arrived and both times we used the service, the drivers were five minutes early. Both drivers were friendly, helpful and excellent drivers who provided a 5 star service. We would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it.”

“It was the best decision I took to book my taxi ride after a late arriving flight in Athens. There was no metro and the express bus lines would have taken me 1.5 hours to get to my hotel. If you want a stress-free arrival for 54€ (standard flat taxi fare), consider this option! After booking, my driver was assigned within 3 days. Right after I got out at the exit after claiming my baggages, my driver Mike was standing there with my name. I had the best taxi ride of my life, the driver was ponctual, polite and very helpful. He also gave me many advices for visiting Athens and a welcome map to guide me during my stay. For those who are worried for flight delays, a complementary 60 minutes waiting time included in the fare. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!”
