“Excellent service. We used Welcome Pickups several times in Rome, Madrid and Paris. All the drivers were very professional and polite. We were also provided with a nice Welcome tote bag containing city info when the drivers picked us from the airports in Madrid and Paris. We will continue to use their service and recommend them to friends.”

“Was a mixup with my pickup, driver showed up hour late (Or hour early, was confusing with time differences) but had to book other taxi. Got a refund after asking, and driver back to airport at end of holiday was pleasant, early and went as planned. Fair price, I would say read the reviews instead of looking at stars, preset rating is 5 and you have to change it from that which many wouldn't see.”

“Welcome Pickups is easy to book and they have very fast and helpful support. Drivers are punctual and also very helpful. We booked a taxi to the airport but when the driver arrived we figure out that we are locked in our building (the main doors were locked)...the driver gave his best to help us and at the end, we managed to reach the airport on time. We are very thankful for the help.”

“Very punctual and was there to meet with us at the airport. Being a first timer at Amsterdam, spent a little longer to seek the direction to meet the driver, Mr. Aysin. He waited for us patiently, and repeatedly to send message to direct direction. When we stepped out from the exit door and he was right there. Quickly and safely, we arrived at our hotel.”
