“Our Driver Dimitri was professional , courteous and regardless the “unorthodox” time slots we asked to get picked up he was there before us. I highly recommend this service in Athens given the convenience and multiple services Welcome Pick ups offers.”

“First time using this service and it was wonderful. The service was spot on! I received a text message when I landed that my driver was there waiting for me, walked out of the baggage claim, and saw my name on a large, clear sign he was holding. Return was just as easy. I received a text message that my driver was there, and on time. Great ride to and from the airport with the driver engaging in communication about the area and showed interest in making sure I had a great time. I highly recommend this service if you wish not to use public transportation or sketchy taxi drivers.”

“A service we had not used before but would certainly consider again. Our driver was easy to find and very informative about the city. To be given an ice cold bottle of water each was a bonus on a hot night. We went from plane to taxi to hotel with no waiting”

“My wife and I used Welcome Pickups for the first time on our recent trip to Madrid from Melbourne, Australia. On a previous trip we had taken the train into the city, as the hotel was next to the station. On this occasion, our hotel was in the centre of the city and a long walk from the nearest station. We decided to use Welcome Pickups for the convenience, and were very happy with the service. We were met at the arrivals hall by the driver, having been kept up to fate with his location by text messages, and escorted to the car. On our trip back to the airport, our request to change the pickup time was handled promptly and with excellent customer service. The driver even arrived early to pick us up. Both drivers were very friendly and professional and spoke good English. The extra cost as compared to a normal taxi was well worth it, and we would unreservedly recommend Welcome Pickups to all travellers. Great service!”

“Excellent service received with David. I will use this service again in a heart beat. Tip: ask driver to pick up later at the airport due to long immigration ques AND state beforehand that you are willi g to pay the extra waiting time fee. I couldn't connect my phone and missed the calls from the driver and the call centre.”
