“Placed an order on 23rd October, £166, kept chasing to find out where the order was, received a response, saying due to Covid was out of stock but would be in and dispatched on 13th November. Still not received nor now any response at all from customer service. Would never buy from this company again. Terrible service, appalling customer service. You can't speak to them on the phone as it says no customer service agent available and to call back again, and again and again. Argh!!”
“No tree I re-ordered in October, can't get through on the phone, won't reply to my emails. If they can't deliver, why don't they just say and refund my money.
