They are a disgrace, took money from many people and failed to deliver the goods, no communication at all, do not answer the phone and do not reply to emails.
They should be shut down.
They are ruining a lot of peoples Christmas and should be ashamed of themselves.”
“Same as all the other bad reviews - ordered tree wks ago, hasn't been sent. No reply to emails, they've switched their phone off & hundreds of unhappy customers commenting on their Fcbk page. Still taking orders though! And no mention of all these problems on their website. They'll be going out of business very soon & so they should as they obviously haven't a clue how to run one!”

“Placed an order on 23rd October, £166, kept chasing to find out where the order was, received a response, saying due to Covid was out of stock but would be in and dispatched on 13th November. Still not received nor now any response at all from customer service. Would never buy from this company again. Terrible service, appalling customer service. You can't speak to them on the phone as it says no customer service agent available and to call back again, and again and again. Argh!!”
