“Unfortunately on this occasion I found the product to be very cheap in appearance and was plastic.
It was not rattan but the white plastic was designed to mirror a rattan design.
Returns easy- as was refund however I would not recommend this product unless you are happy with a white plastic tree skirt.”

I ordered it specifically for my xmas mini session, but its now 8 days late. and still dont have it. If you are a photographer or anyone needing decorations for a event I Highly recommend looking elsewhere. this experience has been incredibly disappointing.”

“They sell junk from China with what can only be a fake CE cert. I would advise anyone not to purchase anything electric from them if they value their home as I can only see them as a fire hazard.
I received a faulty transformer that was running extremely hot in a matter of minutes so hot that it burnt out the light selector in seconds! I contacted them about it and they said it was something I had done to cause this 🤣🤣 they are cowboys selling dangerous junk! Avoid at all cost.”

“I received my lights and to my surprise there was no adapter. When I went back to the website, it does state plug adapter not included ( which I had missed).
I’ve never bought any lights which do not come with a plug and quite frankly I feel ripped off, as the adapter is £6 which makes the lights more expensive than most. Very disappointed!”

“I order some outside lights they came without a plug , when I tried to contact them no phone number only email they sent me a link to a transformer ( plug ) that was the wrong size . I was so very disappointed”
“Ordered a christmas tree £190 and was sent a tree skirt. I've contacted the company to find out if the tree is being sent out and when and I've heard nothing back. No contact telephone number to contact them.”
“Avoid at all cost . Phone number on invoice doesn’t exist. Will be reporting them to trading standards tomorrow as nothing has arrived- paid for two day express delivery.
Let’s hope trading standards sort them out and they are not allowed to con anymore of us. They never answer their emails.

I've ordered 3 items. 1 was ok. 1 arrived damaged and I'm waiting a full refund, they have received the item according to tracking but are ignoring my messages about a refund.
The third item they sent me the wrong thing (I ordered a garland and received a father Christmas figure). Been a week and they're ignoring my emails.
All telephone numbers don't work. Details via PayPal do not work. They ignore emails sent to the email address on their website.”
“If you're after good customer service, look elsewhere. If you're after next day delivery (even after paying £8.99 for this service) look elsewhere. The likelihood is you won't get your items for nearly a week (if you're lucky)
Customer service is about as useless as it gets. You either get ignored or fed some pathetic excuse. I have placed 3 orders over the last 12 months and none of them has been delivered on time.
It's a Shane that you have to give a minimum of 1 star to leave a review, or they wouldn't even get 1 star from me.
Personally, I reckon they should rename themselves 'WeRUseless' as that would be a more suitable representation of their business”
“Ordered at 7:15am. Realised I'd added the incorrect delivery address. Emailed at 7:26am with my order no. to correct it - They couldn't find my order. Emailed again 8:48am. Was told they still couldn't find it and could I email back in 1/2 hour!!! Emailed at 11:09am and apparently it had already started the process of picking and packing and the address couldn't be changed. Yet I still haven't received an email Order or Shipped confirmation. Tbf I should have checked their reviews and that would have prevented the order ever being placed. My fault.”
“Product arrived damaged and despite my best efforts via email and posted, signed for, letter I have yet to get help in returning said damaged item and obtaining a refund. Next step has to be small claims court as I do not know what options are left.

“This would have a 0 Star if it could not very secure at all brought the inflatable outdoor train and this big Train only has 4 rope's to hold it down 2 at the front and 2 at the back nothing to hold down in the middle train does look really good but is really let down by holding it down and as for the company avoid with all costs really really bad customer service as stated only 4 rope's so a little breeze and this is on its side one day we had a little wind and the train blew up and pulled on the 4 rope's which snapped off the d rings so now is completely unusable only brought a month ago the we r Christmas reply to this was don't advise to use in wind lol 😂 so obviously they are selling a poorly made outdoor item that cannot be used outside”
“I paid for Express delivery (1-2 days timeframe) on an order and they failed to dispatch it a few days later. I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order because it wouldn't arrive on time. They refused to cancel the order even though they hadn't processed it yet and advised me to reject the delivery (it was a big delivery 6 large parcels). I rejected the delivery 2 week ago and they keep rerouting Evri back to redeliver them! I've had to reject 2 more times and they still won't accept them back! Surely this is breaking the law? I've tried to contact them over 10 times about this and they are blatantly ignoring me. Avoid this company.”
