“Not a great experience this time using WeRchristmas.
Ordered a 60cm pre lit wreath to replace last years that got damaged in storage. When the parcel arrived it was significantly smaller than the one ordered and had no functions. Checking the part number showed that they delivered a 47cm wreath!
Contacted customer services and had to go through a tranch of questions, upload pictures and then wait for their “decision”.
Finally they agreed that it was their fault. Apparently they were out of stock of the one that I ordered!!!
Then they told me to send it back and once received would issue a refund……of the price of the smaller one. Then when corrected, they didn’t want to refund delivery!
Honestly, it shouldn’t be so difficult. Problems occur of course, but I don’t expect such a drama.
I won’t be using them again. Shame, as I’ve used them several times before. Maybe they’re under new ownership?”
“Very realistic looking tree with the perfect amount of snow flock, not too much and not too little.
The quality is fantastic and shape really does look like an authentic tree.
The lights are fantastic too, the perfect amount and a lovely brightness. It's not blinding and is between a warm white and cold white (more warm than cold).
We've had lots of great comments on it and it blows our old artificial tree out of the water.
It's mainly PE branches and foliage with a few of the old style PVC bits which you can't really see as there towards the centre of the trunk to pack it out and make it look full so you don't even notice them at all really.
For the price of a pre-lit realistic looking one this is great. Hopefully it lasts us for years to come with the pre-lit lights.

“I love this. I had one in my bedroom last year so when I saw it in the sale, I couldn't resist. I love WeRChristmas products, I also have the Craford prelit Christmas tree with pube cones which is so easy to put up as not only is it prelit, but the branches are attached. I also have a beautiful star in my kitchen window and really cute tree in my daughters bedroom. Don't hesitate to buy from them, their items are fantastic quality and returns are easy and hassle free.”

nodding head kept jerking would not go up and down until coaxed or warmed up motor.
Ran for 4 hours and packed up after a little bit of rain !
when working looked great but feel cheated as only ran for four hours !”
