“The customer service required to do an exchange was pretty subpar, and so I kept an order I would have otherwise returned. It came with further defects which destroyed other pieces in my wardrobe.”

“Bad experience - I've contacted customer services several times as my order hasn't been delivered. Three weeks later I'm still waiting as they've said its 'in transit' - who knows where. Very unhappy customer.”
