When I placed my order I wasn’t advised that my heated towel rail was out of stock and I only found out when I called to check on my delivery. I had paid for delivery and when I called I was told that I wasn’t booked in for a time slot even though I was given a date when in the store. This was sorted by customer service but did cause me some added stress and I had to get a refund for the towel rail and place an order elsewhere

No.1 no shower arrived with order,we had to go and collect. No.2 you sent the wrong shower tray,by the time we realised the plumber had fitted it,and was going to charge another £200 to replace.Spoke to someone at the time who said we could submit pictures to prove what we got.To be honest I'm nervous about going in to shower in case I fall.Im 79.

I bought my bathroom suite from the Hillingdon outlet in Glasgow. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The order was was quickly dispatched and delivered. The issue I have was that there was no notification of when it was arriving. I advised the salesman that this was being delivered to a second property and that notice was required. It was pot luck that I was on holiday the day it arrived. A box of tiles in the delivery were found to be damaged on arrival. There was no difficulty in getting this issue addressed. However after organising with a neighbour to receive the replacement tiles I found they had sent the wrong tiles. These were twice the size and a different colour entirely. I ended up having to travel to the outlet to take the wrong tiles back and get them swapped for the correct tile. I would recommend Wholesale Domestic as a company but best be prepared for some minor hiccups.

I have recently purchased a toilet and wash hand basin from yourselves. I purchased these items through your website on the Sunday and was informed that it was in Stock but when I went to collect the basin was not in stock. Later in the week my partner collected the basin but there was no pedestal and I was informed that the basin didn't come with one though the picture on the Internet shows the sink with one but doesn't say sold separately. So it was a third trip to purchase this. So all in all it was a bit poor with regards to ordering and collection of my items.

I bought two replacement toilet seats, to replace existing ones where the brackets have broken The toilet seats look fine When fitting the first seat the nut from the bracket has fallen down into the back of the toilet and is not retrievable without taking the whole toilet out. As I had bought two seats I have used the parts from the other seat. I have contacted Customer services, but they have so far ignored my emails

The member of staff who served us was friendly. However our experience at the warehouse collection was hopeless. We waited the best part of an hour. Went back in to see why we were still waiting to be told our order had been picked 20 minutes ago so she would go chase up. Member of staff eventually came out with our trolley of goods. The road is so full of potholes that 2 smaller items fell off. There was not as much as an apology from the member of staff or a suggestion to check what had fallen was damaged. We checked ourselves and it wasn't but not the point. The whole collection experience was very poor.

Paid for items and was firstly not told they where being delivered when I was not expecting it. Arranged for day I was only to find out the delivery was not scheduled despite being assured it would be with me by 2 members of staff. It was scheduled to be delivered on a completely different day and one I was not available. When threatened to cancel order I received it and given store credit. Not great customer service from them or the courier they use.

As a tradesman I received a great service on the item I needed replaced. Next day delivery. However my client who had ordered a lot of the materials themselves received a bad service on after care and has found it very difficult to deal with issues.

Picked what I wanted from the showroom where the staff are friendly and helpful, went to the distribution centre to pick up the item ordered and I had to wait 25 minutes for 1 radiator, I was there 5 days ago and I was waiting 40 minutes again for a collection - there is something wrong with this, I would think twice if you want to picked up in a hurry. There was only myself and one other person making collections but it seemed there was only one or two staff to pick the orders and didn’t seem to be in any rush for customers waiting. Never have an issue when collecting things from any of the plumbing merchants so don’t see why it should be any different here

While the customer service was very good I would strongly advise, where practical, physically checking the quality of the products.We recently had our entire bathroom re fitted.It wasn't till we saw the brushed brass push button flush,which is only compatible with the cistern, in place that we realised it was made of really cheap,nasty plastic.The quick flush button was ill fitting and cost nearly £30.It was replaced at no additional cost but still looks cheap and inferior.

The products were fine but there was confusion regrading delivery I received one part of the order with no notification of when the second part would come. I did not receive any message for the second delivery either fortunately someone was home.

Products are generally good and delivery is generally good. Estimating help in the shop in Aberdeen has proven to be poor. There were 4 items on the large order that were under estimated (or missing entirely) and one item that was over estimated by 100%. On delivery, plastic ceiling tiles were damaged, a length of interior aqua panel strip was damaged and a whole sheet of aqua panel was incorrectly manufactured. (still awaiting a replacement for this). On the positive side, service from Glasgow office on replacement items / additional items has been good, with quick response time and delivery.

Great price & when ordering we were guaranteed the courier would phone us to arrange delivery, got phone call from day of ordering from WD to say change of plan for delivery, we were happy to pay for guaranteed nominated day, didn’t happen, luckily for us someone was home when we got our delivery as only received text, no phone call, disappointing

Mixed experience. Ordered a vanity unit and toilet. Vanity unit was sold without sink included which meant I had to return and re- order. I paid for delivery as I live in a third floor flat, delivery person left the items at the ground level main door not carrying up the stairs- this was the point of paying for delivery. Staff at warehouse very applogetic and arranged discount for sink not ordered due to poor delivery.

We have a mixed review on wholesale domestics. Our wall boards came damaged - 3 times so this had an impact on our unfinished bathroom - which is still unfinished due to the length of time it took to receive a non damaged one and the bathroom fitter having other work booked in. The wallboards were being delivered without having any information on delivery dates/times either. We have contacted wholesale domestic to come and pick up the damaged boards as we now have 3 which takes us a lot of space. On the over hand, customer service team sent out new boards each time they were received damaged. So I can not fault them for that.

The style of the Omega mirror is perfect as I wanted a mirror with a sturdy stand and this fits the bill exactly, so 5 stars for design. But the mirror itself only magnifies 3X and I really wanted a 5X magnifying for applying make-up. I simply could not find anywhere this sort of stand with a 5X magnifying mirror so took a chance on 3X, but it’s not really good enough. If this mirror was made 5X magnifying it would be perfect and would warrant 5 stars.
