“Have used Wightlink for a good few years have never had any problems with the service my sailings have been mostly on time the staff have been very good friendly and helpful.”

“It would have been 5 stars but you don’t take cash on your ferries, which I think is appalling. 2 million people in the UK don’t have a bank account. How are they supposed to buy refreshments on your ferries? What if a little kid wants to use his pocket money, or his parents send him to the kiosk? Do they need a bank card too?”

“We were on short crossing Lymington to Yarmouth but even bearing this in mind, snack options seemed minimal. We were on our way to visit relative stuck on the island post hip-fracture and would have liked to have had a hot snack before we docked. Nothing I fancied so went without.”

“All the staff were lovely and helpful, especially at Portsmouth Fastcat Terminal. Couldn't fault them at all. Staff over at Ryde Pierhead Fastcat Terminal however were a bit rude and quite short when I asked them something. At Ryde I used the Ladies Facilities and afterwards reported that there wasn't any toilet paper in either toilet, no one really seemed bothered or interested, it appeared to be no one in particular that was willing to sort this out for future travellers, poor management and communication to staff of what jobs/tasks are done by who daily.”

“The ferry was on time and loaded quickly staff were friendly. I think the prices for the very short crossing are very very expensive, the tourism for Isle of Wight would surely benefit if the rates were reseanobly cheaper”
