“Well organised at each terminal. There are less delays with vehicle auto recognition. On-board facilities are good. Service at the refreshments was a bit slow and the staff serving were not that welcoming, to be honest. Also the self-service drinks facility atFishbourne left a bit to be desired However,both, out and return journies went well operationally and that is the main thing. I noticed some improvements to the terminals which was good.”

“Excellent service pity a bit on the very expensive side as would travel to the beautiful IOW more often. Ferry's are well run and kept in excellent condition.”

“Efficiently run, nice clean boat. Only drawback is the expense..my Mitsubishi pick up exceeds the lower price but a couple of cms. This restricts the amount of times I can travel across to see my family who live there.”

“Regular and usually punctual service. Crew and staff always pleasant and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Of course, main grizzle spiralling rates so noticeable after years of travelling on the Lymington/Yarmouth route.....but guess that's the price we have to pay for convenience.”

“When I travelled on the boat a few weeks ago, I couldn't have a milk drink as the staff was busy they gave me tea instead, which I was disappointed with the service, also it was my birthday treat .”

“A company that usually delivers a good service but let down on this return service by apathetic staff( not a majority) . Catering services were late opening on the outbound service and the check in person was not at all interested as to whether we could catch an earlier return service from Fishbourne to that booked. This was however rectified by a staff change over! Great new ferries though!”
