“Your staff are a credit to your company they were so helpful , firstly we miss our ferry due to M25 then on our return journey we got there early because my emails stop coming through while on the isle of Wight so the person on the barrier to ferry was very helpful in checking my booking even getting on me on the earlier ferry home thanks .”

“Everything was OK for my crossing, but when there was a delay due to bad weather, maybe a bit more info from the staff dealing with the lane queuing would have been helpful, as some customers seemed to be getting annoyed with the queusing system.”

“Hood all around. My ferry was delayed by 50 mins. Had to wait around with the kids with no food or any info why was it running late. Cafe at the doc was very expensive and quality wasn't very good.”

“Very easy and quick boarding from Portsmouth. Ferry is very clean (including toilets!) and comfortable seats, has a small kids play area which was good. Ferry was delayed from fishbourne but staff were very polite and apologetic. They gave a clear explanation of what time we would be boarding and the captain was apologetic over tannoy. Very pleasant travelling experience.”

“Horrendously overpriced! At £120 for a car day trip. Return ferry delayed till 11pm. No staff to manage rowdy drunk coach passengers on late night return. Efficient... yes... But still left a bitter taste having to spend that much money. Cheaper to go as foot passenger and hire a car on the island for the day !”
