“Facilities at Fishbourne poor , no Hot drinks available ! Only a machine , which was out of service ! Ferry st Faith had a bad vibration through the vessel not making for a comfortable journey , hence 4 stars not 5”

“Pretty good service. Grimmy light coloured non replaceable seat covers are a bad idea.Travel late at night for a good price.Check IOW guru for cheap deals.”

“Generally very good service between the Island and the Mainland. The cost is rather prohibitive unfortunately but if you have time to search around different deals..... book early.... use more unsociable sailings you can often make it bearable :-) Majority of staff no matter what their role, are really friendly and helpful, no matter what your query might be. Like life, there will be the occasional awkward one but the rest more than make up for it :-)”

“A good service except that there is no return crossing from Fishbourne to Portsmouth between 20.45 and 23.00. Would like to see a crossing at 22.00”

“Unfortunately our last trip with Wightlink was not as good as previous trips - and I used to travel monthly to visit relatives. There was a lack of passenger information, including updating the information boards which kept saying no disruption when we were way past the boarding time. Staff were reluctant (even seeming scared) to approach passengers to offer inforamation. There is a distinct lack of facilities when travelling with dogs at busy times and the weather is bad with now assistance from staff onboard.”

“Only issue is lack of parking at Ferry Terminal, when travelling a long way very difficult to arrive just 30 minutes before travel. That aside, all staff very polite and knowledgeable. ferry clean, clear announcements from the captain. Will use again.”

“I rate Wightlink service as 5 Star but your highly exaggerated prices as 1 Star. I am horrified at the cost of travel and can only assume the profits are huge, at the customers expense. I use Wighlink far less often than I otherwise would.”
