“Customer service is great! I got my answers to my doubts in a day. The products were a bit too irritating for my skin. I couldn't use bothe the future formula and dark spots treatment together within the same routine without getting itchiness instantly and redness the next day. So I was advised to not use both products together but instead, to only apply 1 product a day and then gradually increase frequency. I do have to admit that the dark spot formula did even out my skin within a week. However, I did not feel like the future formula did much to my skin.”

Growing up I had very problematic skin that as an adult hasn't been a much of an issue... until 2020. Working full time in hospitals and wearing masks everywhere have really caused acne that i haven't experienced in years. Overall, my face has cleared up quite a bit but I'm unsure if it is due to the products or mask mandates being lifted right around when I started using the products. I liked that the Future Formula and the Dark Spot Formula were both gradually increased in strength each month. The providers seemed to take into account my health history and previous experience with certain ingredients that were available to add. I do feel that this is an expensive program and doesn't really fit into my life once the free trial ends, but I feel that it would fit into the right person's life. I filled out my survey and indicated my concerns, and a doctor reviewed them and formulated a custom treatment plan to focus on fine lines, and uneven pigmentation, as well as a combination skin texture with oily and dry spots.
The formulas came quickly in the mail, and the pumps worked well. The packaging is sleek and the colors are attractive. The formulas themselves are thick and odorless. They go on well and do not leave a film or any greasiness behind. My makeup went on over top of them with no issues.
The creams have made some slight difference in my fine lines and a more marked difference in the uneven pigmentation on my cheeks, forehead and nose areas.
Overall, I think this is a good product, but I’m unsure as to whether I will continue my prescription, due to the price.”
“I have extremely sensitive, acne prone scared so I was honestly scared to try this but I had wanted a retinol in my routine and needed to fade dark spots. Didn't dry my skin out at all, didn't irritate my sensative skin and I had pimples that wouldn't come to the surface and this made it happen. It didn't cause any new acne just really cleared out the acne I was struggling with.
