Every month I uploaded pictures of my progress so that I could get the formula my skin needed based on the state of my skin. This made it easy for the Agency provider to determine whether or not I needed a stronger dosage, etc. I noticed a difference in blackheads/bumps on my skin after the second month (the first month’s dosage wasn’t strong enough, I’m used to using acne products on my skin). My skin remained hydrated and soft, something that’s important when using acne products that may dry the skin. No flakes or redness, no itchiness! I enjoyed this product so much and will definitely sign up for a subscription.”
“Agency is a great way to better your skin in your home! I started with the questionnaire and then follow up with a dermatologist. Then I tried 3 months with their products free in exchange for my honest review. The regimen is twice daily for one bottle and once daily for the other. At first my skin became oily and I had some breakouts. After that I had a day period when my skin felt dry before it normalized out. I only skipped a few days to give my face a break. I felt like my skin felt better and was more radiant overall. I can’t say that I noticed any improvement on dark spots but I only tried it for 3 months. I did not need any changes after my first evaluation but my formula could have changed in the future. I loved that this was a program that changed based on my results and I could message a physician anytime. I would highly recommend this to everyone! It is affordable and so easy to manage online.”

I’ve never used prescription strength skincare before and I loved how easy it was using only my phone to get connected with a medical professional. I am a busy person so efficiency is important to me and enjoy not having to drive to a dermatologists office.
I am a fan of the retinol and can see the difference after one night of using. The dark spot corrector, however, I found didnt produce results. I’ve used over the counter items with less % active ingredients that performed better honestly don’t think I noticed a difference with this and the texture is rather thick.”

“I received this product free from Influenster and AGENCY in exchange for my honest review. For those who don’t know, Agency has dermatologists that create and send custom formula skin creams to you based on your individual concerns, needs, etc. I’ve been wanting to try a similar subscription for a while now. I was pleased with the thoroughness of the pre-survey and communication from Agency throughout the process. It was nice being able to chat directly with a dermatologist and get feedback based upon my questions. I tried the formula out for a month and then the dermatologist checked in to see how things were going. After, my “dosage” was upped as my skin was responding well. Next, I received a two month supply to use. After the three months, I’m not sure I see monumental change; however, I feel confident enough in the product and process that I plan to continue my subscription after the trial period ends. The reason I reduced from 5 to 4 stars was for the following reasons: (1) I really would like it if they would explore more environmentally friendly packaging. What the creams come in now are very thick plastic containers that cannot be reused. I also don’t believe they are recyclable as there is no sign on the bottom. (2) As the product gets low, the pumps don’t get out the cream anymore. I had to use a q-tip toward the end of the first month. And last (3) when I had the one month supply I used sparingly and still ran out before the month ended.”

When I contacted customer service about not receiving the shipment after a month of waiting, the representative was short and closed the ticket without giving me a chance to respond. Up to that point, I had been fairly pleased although, I hadn’t really noticed a huge difference. At nearly $100 a month, I can’t say the product is worth it.”
“This whole process was great! I love that you actually get responses from the doctors when you ask. Over all the experience was great. The only complaint I have was they increased the strength of my formula and it dried my skin out so bad. When I reached out they gave me trips to try and help but nothing did. When I asked if they could reduce my strength again they just said it was set and that’s how it would continue to ship. I can no longer use it due to the strength being too strong and it irritating my skin.”
