I like the idea of a customized formula but I never received my last month’s prescription so I can’t rate how effective the spot treatment is. I feel if I had my third month, I might have noticed more of a difference.
When I contacted customer service about not receiving the shipment after a month of waiting, the representative was short and closed the ticket without giving me a chance to respond. Up to that point, I had been fairly pleased although, I hadn’t really noticed a huge difference. At nearly $100 a month, I can’t say the product is worth it.
