I canceled my subscription due to cost - I received an email confirming they received my request and assured me I would not be charged again in the future. I was charge AGAIN and did not even receive product! Double punch!! I've been sending multiple emails, nobody to call - highly discouraged!

This really irritated my skin. It’s worse after 2 months despite many messages back and forth and customization.

Have used Agency for 2 yrs. I told my Agency provider I was sensitive to Niacinamide based on experience with other products and requested no niacinamide in my Agency due to peeling and itching with every use. She suggested I go to lower Tretinoin . I told her I have used higher prescrip Tretinoin with no issues so I don't want lower Tretinoin. That was the only suggestion. I put Agency on hold to try a different company. I'm cancelling Agency as I have had better results with other products and no peeling or itching!

Do not purchase from this company or 80stees.com They "guarantee" 5 day delivery. It will not arrive in 5 days. They will always provide some BS excuse about shipping delays. They are a Chinese based scam company

It was advertised as a tretinoin product, but the amount of tret was infinitesimal, and it had a high amount of niacinamide instead, which is dirt cheap and available OTC. There is absolutely no reason to pay $80+ dollars for that ingredient. Then on top of everything, the formula made my skin peel so bad it hurt. Their website is very insistent that the irritation is “mild,” but my face was screwed up for days. This is pretty common with niacinamide. Many people don’t tolerate it well. So don’t sign up for Agency expecting a tret product. Go see a dermatologist and get the real thing.

So far, so good! I'm a brown skinned 40 year old woman and I tried Agency based off a Facebook ad. Cons: Yes, my skin is mildly peeling, particularly around the mouth. There is a mild tingle sensation after but it doesn't last long and its not unbearable. Pros: After that, it reveals this glow and smoothness I've never seen before. I even use the Cloud Care Duo on my lips and WOW what a difference. The products have also started clearing up my raccoon eyes, dark spots and hyperpigmentation on my face in just one week of use! I hated the fine lines under my eyes and using the eye serum, they are diminishing. Prior to this I tried everything...even botox and nothing worked. Then I started "skin lightening" and that helped but I got some bump scars that I couldn't get rid of. The Agency product is getting rid of those black marks, the labianasal fold lines and shrinking my pores. I couldn't be more happy, honestly. Now in my box for next month, I took off the SilkScreen and the HydroSerum Eye Stick because the Eye Forumla is what I need the most. Doing that brought the price down to $112/month. I live in the Florida Keys and sometimes have to work outside. The sun can be unforgiving, especially our summer months when humidity reaches 100% so I use Black Girl dry spray Sunscreen with SPF 30 at work and Supergoop sunscreen glow oil with SPF 50 when i go to the beach. Even my coworkers notice the difference and think I'm 10 years younger than I am. I recently had a 45 year old woman call me "young lady" 😊 I will definitely keep going with this product. I may even see what it can do for my 45 year old husband's face.

The doses of their active ingredients are so LOW they do nothing. The active ingredients they add to their tretinoin )lowest dose available) are so low they dod nothing for me. They resent the same low dosage to me a second month without checking in with me either time to see if a higher dose was called for - which is always would be because it’s so low. They make it hard to cancel your subscription also. Don’t waste your money. Just get tretinoin from your local derm.

I started the trial because this was recommended to me by a friend. Right away I felt a burning sensation every time I added the products to my face. Then my face that NEVER peels, started to peel, was overly dry, was cracking. All around hurt. I stopped using it one week after I started as the burning, peeling and dryness was just getting worse each day. I did not try to contact them as every review I read said that they do not respond and if they do it is days later. I was willing to pay the price, IF the products worked. I have used other products that worked better and didnt hurt my skin for a fraction of the price.

Very unhappy with this company. They. guarantee a trial basis and refund if you are unhappy with the product, once you report it, the games begin. I’ve used all kinds of retinols and this one was one of the worst. I saw absolutely no progress, not even a tiny bit after 3 weeks. I’ve used over the counter products and have seen results in a few days! I tried to get the strength changed and they just sent out the same one and charged me $80. You can’t call them either! You have to communicate through text first and then email. Convenient way to not really have to “deal” with customers. I didn’t expect my face to change over night, I know a lot about retinols but you should see a little improvement from the get go. I could go on and on but I’ll spare you. I do not recommend this product to anyone and I now question the influencers promoting this line.

My credit card was charged $260 by Agency/Curology 15 days into completing the 30-day trial. Be very careful of this company and their tactics.

Be aware of the $6 trial period. It’s actually nothing and 2-3 days later they will charge you for a full $200 plus subscription.

I thought I would try it out since I follow Angie on YouTube, however I had a problem determining which gender to choose when I was signing up. It gave four options, including something like cisgender with something in parentheses and others options, but nothing that said male or female. So, I gave up. I will stick with biology and curology.

Listen, I am a 40+ black female, have dealt with acne and hyperpigmentation for 14+ yrs, I've tried Proactive, Murad, Differin, Curology, any and ever OTC (salicylic, Benzoyl, etc), even tried a dermatologist and esthetician. I have spent a so much trying to heal my skin with no real resolution. Then I found Agency. It stated "formulated for women over 40", so I took a chance. Trust me, I HATE the price point, but I have been rocking for about 8mo now and the fact that I can actually "see and feel" the peeling/shedding, glowing, smoothness and evening of my fresh new skin, is EVERYTHING to me! The price point makes sense for including ALL the various medicines they pack I those little bottles! Where Dr's were Rx me one solution at at a time, never rendering solutions to cover multiple ailments at once, Come on! Tret/Kojic/Azelaic/Hydroquinone/etc, all at once! COME ON! My breakouts started to cease soon after I started the journey. Today, I don't breakout at all anymore! The hyperpigmentation on my cheeks that seem to NEVER clear, are close to 70%+ faded. I will admit I don't use this "every" single day/night as intended and recommended. Sometimes I give my skin a few days break here and there, bcse my skin is constantly at work. I do imagine where I would be if I did use it faithfully. So yeah, start, stay consistent, give it at least 3 months and evaluate the difference you see. The longer you use it, the more results will happen. I just wanted my face back, and Agency is certainly doing that for me. I plan to keep going until I reach my desired goal. I am almost there. I have also had no issues with billing, communications, shipping, product, whatsoever. My journey has been smooth, flawless and worth every penny of confidence provided in these bottles.

Didn't receive one of the primary products in the trial kit and couldn't reach anyone. Not worth a subscription.

I really liked the products, but unfortunately am thinking of ending my subscription. The communication system is horrible. I feel like I am having to work at keeping track of their emails—having to look back at emails, searching to find the emails that they say they’ve sent, looking for two different sets of emails (one from the cosmetic person, one from billing), and today I received an email from Curiology when my previous communication has been with Agency. I had no idea that it would be this complicated to get assistance with ordering the right products. And, you can’t call to work through the confusion to ask questions. They are prompt but just way too complicated to get quick, simple answers. For this being a subscription, customized, prescriptive, and the high price per month cosmetic service, the communication is ineffective.
